I judge you... Amazing!

I was extremely excited to be a part of the annual Fresno Library Poetry Contest this year. I didn't submit a poem... instead, I was honored enough to be a judge!

You guys, it was great. The poems were wonderfully written, and it was such a blast to see these kids winning accolades for their words.

Words matter. Fostering future artists is so important. I loved being a part of the process.

Thank you Fresno Library!

Bye Bye Lack of Bi!

Hooray for #Bi #Inclusion / #Representation! I’m Bi, #proud, and loving this Vox article!

How bisexuality on TV evolved from a favorite punchline to a vital storyline

The article is great. I just have to add that representation is soooooo key to being okay with who you are. We need examples, we need to not have to educate and explain ourselves every damn time we out ourselves. I cannot wait to see how television continues to evolve in this way.

Happy National Grammar Day!

From one of my favorite authors and artists, Sandra Boynton:

A word to the wise: Today is National Grammar Day. Objectively speaking. Yes, I do realize that the prior sentence is a fragment. This could be a tough day. #NationalGrammarDay
